Savor the refreshing flavors of a fresh cucumber and basil gimlet. We used a fresh, uncooked syrup of Persian cucumbers and basil to balance the lime and our clean and floral Terra Gin.

Ingredients
For the Cucumber Basil Syrup
- 2 Persian cucumbers, cut into 1” pieces and frozen
- ½ cup basil leaves
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup water

2 ounces gin, we recommend Terra Gin

1 ounces lime juice

4 ounces cucumber basil syrup
- -
-
Basil leaves and cucumber slices for garnish
Directions
For the Cucumber Basil Syrup
- Place the frozen cucumber, basil leaves, sugar, water and salt into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
For the Cocktail
- In a shaker full of ice, add the gin, lime juice, and basil syrup.
- Shake to chill and strain into a chilled glass.
- Enjoy!
