Cucumber Basil Gimlet

Ingredients
- 2 Persian cucumbers, cut into 1” pieces and frozen
- ½ cup basil leaves
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt

- 2 ounces gin, we recommend Terra Gin
- 1 ounces lime juice
- 4 ounces cucumber basil syrup
- -
- Basil leaves and cucumber slices for garnish
Directions
- Place the frozen cucumber, basil leaves, sugar, water and salt into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- In a shaker full of ice, add the gin, lime juice, and basil syrup.
- Shake to chill and strain into a chilled glass.
- Enjoy!
