I am a big chili fan, and always look for quick ways to prepare and serve them. I like having lots of condiments, relishes, etc. handy for any meal. This relish takes 5 minutes to make and will become, I am sure, part of your everyday life.

 

Jalapeño Quick Relish

Ingredients

  • 3 jalapeños, washed, cut in half and seed removed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons gray salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Finely dice the jalapeños and mix with all the other ingredients.
  2. You can serve it right away or keep it in the fridge for up to a week.
