I am a big chili fan, and always look for quick ways to prepare and serve them. I like having lots of condiments, relishes, etc. handy for any meal. This relish takes 5 minutes to make and will become, I am sure, part of your everyday life.

Jalapeño Quick Relish

Ingredients
- 3 jalapeños, washed, cut in half and seed removed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons gray salt
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Finely dice the jalapeños and mix with all the other ingredients.
- You can serve it right away or keep it in the fridge for up to a week.
