I am a big chili fan, and always look for quick ways to prepare and serve them. I like having lots of condiments, relishes, etc. handy for any meal. This relish takes 5 minutes to make and will become, I am sure, part of your everyday life.
Jalapeño Quick Relish

Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients

3 jalapeños, washed, cut in half and seed removed

1/2 cup olive oil

1 lemon, juiced
-
2 teaspoons gray salt
-
1 tsp honey
Directions
Finely dice the jalapeños and mix with all the other ingredients.
You can serve it right away or keep it in the fridge for up to a week.
Recipe Note
Variations & Ideas:
Switch some of the jalapeños for other types of fresh chilis.
Mix in a 1/4 cup of chopped black olives to this relish.
