Makes about 1 cup

3 jalapeños, washed, cut in half and seed removed
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp honey
Finely dice the jalapeños and mix with all the other ingredients.
You can serve it right away or keep it in the fridge for up to a week.
Switch some of the jalapeños for other types of fresh chilis
Mix in a 1/4 cup of chopped black olives to this relish
