Labne & Lemon Tartine

Tartine is a just fancy name for toast. It is my go-to as a snack, lunch, or hors d'oeuvre. You can make it with fresh bread or use a day or two old bread and grill or toast it. In this recipe I am using 2 of my all time favorite pantry items - labne and preserved lemons. I invite you to get creative and come up with your own toppings.
