Labne & Preserved Lemon Tartine

Ingredients

4 slices of bread (I used a sesame sourdough)

1/2 cup labne, store bought or homemade (just skip the curing step)

1/4 cup diced preserved lemon
-
1/4 cup pitted black olives, diced
-
1 tablespoon chopped chives
-
1 tablespoon Za'atar spice blend

Olive oil
-
Salt
Directions
Drizzle some olive oil on the sliced bread and spread with labne. Top the tartine with the preserved lemons, olives, and chopped chives and sprinkle the za'atar on top.
Drizzle some more olive oil on top and season with a little salt. Enjoy.
Recipe Note
Here's our favorite homemade labne just make sure to to skip the curing step.
Variations & Ideas
• Replace the olives with capers and add toasted sunflower seeds.
• Replace the labne with pesto and add some grated Parmesan on top.
