Labne & Preserved Lemon Tartine

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (I used a sesame sourdough)
- 1/2 cup labne, store bought or homemade (just skip the curing step)
- 1/4 cup diced preserved lemon
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives, diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon Za'atar spice blend
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- Drizzle some olive oil on the sliced bread and spread with labne. Top the tartine with the preserved lemons, olives, and chopped chives and sprinkle the za'atar on top.
- Drizzle some more olive oil on top and season with a little salt. Enjoy.
