Marguerite Cocktail
Balanced, tart, and refreshing, the Marguerite cocktail uses Terra gin, produced by Cardinal Spirits using a custom botanical blend created by La Boîte that includes zuta mint and cubeb berries. The Daisy blend from The Spice Companion creates a rich spiced syrup, a perfect foil for fresh lemon and our distinctive gin.

Recipe Note
Recipe Notes:
*Terra gin is currently available in Indiana, in New York State, which will ship to many other states. If you can't find it locally try substituting: a non-traditional gin like Botanivore from St. George, a low juniper variety like Citadelle, or for a twist, a resinous Spanish gin like Xoriguer from Mahon.
Variations & Ideas:
Make it a flip. Add 1 whole pasteurized egg or 3 tablespoons of aquafaba to the shaker along with a dash of bitters (try celery) and another teaspoon of Daisy syrup, shake until well chilled, then strain into a chilled tumbler glass.
