Inspired by the sumac, licorice, and cubeb notes in Ruinart Rosé Champagne, the 1764 blend an amazing expression of rose in a jar. Ruinart is one of the great Champagne houses in France and 1764 was the first year they introduced their amazing sparkling rosé. Some extra ingredients and a few good shakes in a jar and you are seconds away from a sunnier day with rosé.
Rosé Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 Tbsp 1764 Blend
- ½ cup lemon juice

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 tsp sugar

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
Directions
- Measure the ingredients into a clean jar with a leakproof lid.
- Shake to blend well.

Make sure the jar you use has a little extra room for shaking.
The vinaigrette can also be made by measuring the ingredients into a bowl and whisking to combine well.
