Shabazi Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound yukon gold potatoes, washed and thinly sliced (skin on!)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, skin on
- 1.5 Tbsp Shabazi N38
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl toss the sliced potatoes and onions with olive oil, salt, Shabazi spice and the garlic cloves.
- Spread it over a baking tray lined with parchment paper or place in a roasting pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes til potatoes are tender and lightly charred on the edges.
