Shabazi on everything is often the joke at home. It is true that there are very few dishes where you can not add a touch of shabazi. This recipe makes a quick side dish for any occasion if you can hold yourself from eating it all before dinner time!
Shabazi Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound yukon gold potatoes, washed and thinly sliced (skin on!)

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

4 cloves of garlic, skin on

1.5 Tbsp Shabazi N38
-
Salt to taste
-
Olive oil to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl toss the sliced potatoes and onions with olive oil, salt, Shabazi spice and the garlic cloves.
Spread it over a baking tray lined with parchment paper or place in a roasting pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes til potatoes are tender and lightly charred on the edges.

Variations & Ideas
• Use this same method to cook sweet potatoes.
• Follow the recipe until you're ready to bake. Place some seasoned chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and bake them together.
