The easiest and tastiest Manhattan cocktail ever.  Equal parts bourbon (or rye) and La Boîte Amaro garnished with kumquat in syrup.  Invented by my dear friend Frederick, it's great for weeknight relaxation as well as weekends with friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bourbon or rye

  • 2 ounces La Boite Amaro

  • 2 kumquats

Directions

  1. Into a glass full of ice cubes, measure the spirits and stir to chill.

  2. Garnish with kumquats and enjoy!
