A Yemenite-inspired blend made with aromatic turmeric, cumin, and black pepper.

Traditionally, Yemenite hawaij is used for soup. Both pungent and savory, my Hawayej spice blend is wonderful for seasoning stews and perfect for elevating roasted vegetables recipes.

How to Use Hawayej

Add Haweyej to cooked butternut squash and blend with a bit of olive oil for a flavorful puree.
