Chili threads are brightly colored and packed full of flavor, making them an ideal garnish for nearly any dish that you want to add accents too. Dried chili threads originated in Korea sometime after the introduction of hot peppers in the 17th century, and are known there as sil-gochu (실고추).

OMG!

These are divine. We truly love these. great on an omelet. heck, great on anything. Maybe even vanilla ice cream. Maybe.
