La Boite is a New York City-based boutique spice purveyor and bakery founded by Lior Lev Sercarz. Lior is a trained chef who has worked in many notable restaurants, including Daniel in New York City. In 2006, he retired from restaurant work and founded La Boite, launching the company to make and sell unique spice products. Since then, Lior has worked closely with many chefs from around the globe, developing custom spice blends for them and their restaurants.
We specialize in creating one of a kind spice blends using high-quality ingredients sourced from farmers and small suppliers from around the globe. Since 2015, we have also sold our single spices at retail under the Voyager Collection, a partnership with Eric Ripert.
