Lime Leaf Vinaigrette aka Liquid Gold
One of my new favorite condiments this Lime Leaf Vinaigrette is saucy and delicious. Around here we like to call it Liquid Gold because its deliciously rich, bright, and is uniquely floral from the fragrant lime leaves. Drizzle it on your next watermelon salad or into the center of a hummus plat. Slathered it over roasted chicken or perfectly steamed corn. It’s definitely going to be a very special fridge staple.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 ½ tsp crushed Market Lime Leaf or 12 whole dried leaves (stems removed)
- 1/4 cup Curcumade blend
Directions
- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Store refrigerated.
