Mediterranean Lemon Roasted Chicken

There are never too many one pan chicken dishes and this version with lemon, feta, and fresh dill is a great one.  Using the Mediterranean Lemon blend we created with our friend Chef Amanda Freitag, the bold, herby flavors are as delicious as they look. Double (or triple) the recipe for more servings or enviable leftovers for later in the week.
