Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 3 cups roasted vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup gravy or stock
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- Oil or nonstick spray to grease the baking dish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a greased baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the turkey, vegetables, and gravy together to combine well.
- Place the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the mashed potatoes on top.
- Baked until golden brown and heated through.
