Ingredients

3 cups cooked turkey, diced

3 cups roasted vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup gravy or stock

3 cups mashed potatoes

Oil or nonstick spray to grease the baking dish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a greased baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the turkey, vegetables, and gravy together to combine well.
Place the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
Spread the mashed potatoes on top.
Baked until golden brown and heated through.
