How to Use Cancale N.11
Wet the rim of a margarita glass with lime juice and coat with Cancale N.11 for a twist on the traditional cocktail. Cancale N.11 can be added to just about anything. Its notes of citrus and fennel work well sprinkled on fruit or vegetables, mixed into cookie batter, or to finish a tuna tartare.
