Smoke and Cinnamon are just a match that elevates the Moles I make. Cinnamon rolls (with powdered espresso). A Blueberry Galette. The uses are limited only by our imagination.

This is my go-to spice - I add it to so many things, the subtle smokiness is just perfect. I normally don't run out of a spice - I'm now ordering this by the 2s! My latest favorite recipe to add it to is the Peach Soup recipe from Canyon Ranch Spa. It calls for cinnamon & I add the Smoked Cinnamon N.18 & it is the perfect compliment to the sweetness in the cold soup. (I think Canyon Ranch might want to try N.18!)
