I made homemade meatballs and sauce with this. I wasn’t sure how much to add to not overpower the rest of the ingredients but for the meatballs I held around a tsp or so for 1lb beef. It really helped to bring together the other fresh ingredients. I used a little in the sauce too to taste. I want to continue to explore with this blend.
