A pleasantly surprising variety of white pepper.

If you've never liked white pepper, try Muntok white pepper. While it comes from the same climbing vine as black and red pepper, white pepper is produced by soaking the pepper fruits and removing the skins. It must be done carefully and slowly to avoid fermentation and off flavors. Try grinding Muntok white pepper and using it to season shellfish, fish, or even fruit.

Terrific Pepper

I am a white pepper fanatic; I have been using it my entire life. This one is a keeper: it is the perfect flavor addition for so many dishes. I use an adjustable Peugeot pepper grinder which allows the pepper to be ground at any texture. It really shows off the flavor of this fresh product.
