    Vadouvan for salmon steaks

    This is an absolutely excellent spice mix to sprinkle on a salmon steak a minute before you take it off of the grill. A squirt of lemon as it hits the plate and an otherwise basic protein is given real depth of flavor. Winner.

    All Purpose Curry

    This is a great, all-purpose curry. The description of it as "approachable" is spot-on. I use it to season pickling liquid to pickle cauliflower and it is outstanding. This is one of the La Boite spices that I run out of first every time.
