For chips, toast, or to stuff into a fluffy baked sweet potato - avocado is delicious in all the ways.  Start with an avocado, a few other ingredients, and change up the blends to find out how many favorites a person can have!  Make sure to try all three below.  The Shabazi is an amazing classic+, the Persian (Sour Lime Seasoning) is extra bright and also deeper and more complex with a touch of cumin, and the Umami (Yagenbori) will take you by surprise.  Yagenbori starts like a cross between Shichimi Togarashi and Everything Bagel but then adds sneaky notes of Sansho pepper and an umami complexity from kombu.  But honestly, they're just full of flavor and deliciousness.
