Ana - A savory-sweet floral blend. Ana adds delicate rose petals to the bold flavors of onion and tart citrus notes of sumac for an aromatic and visually stunning mix.

- Chios - A savory herbal blend of Greek ingredients. Mastiha from the island of Chios is blended with mint, oregano, and fennel for a taste of the Mediterranean coast.

Izak - The rich, favors of harissa, are captured in a coarse blend. Izak's bold layers of sweet red chili, cumin, and garlic add mild heat and roasted complexity.

Mousa - A bright blend inspired by North African chermoula. Mousa blends herbs with lemon for a bold, savory, earthy mix with a citrus lift and a nutty coriander finish.
- Sel d'Antibes - Sel d’Antibes combines coarse grey salt with bergamot and mint for a citrusy, floral lift. Season roasted fish or finish tomatoes for a taste of the French Riviera.
