So simple and so much flavor. You know I love to keep a well-stocked pantry and this one is a great quickie to whip out on sunny days with wine in the garden. The PK blend is such a perfect fit – a little fleur de sel, lemon, and Aleppo pepper make a great finishing touch.

Tuna and Lemon

                      Ingredients
- 
5oz package of good quality olive oil packed tuna 
- ¼ cup Preserved Lemon roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp roughly chopped parsley
- 
            
1 tsp PK blend
        
            
              
                
Directions
- Arrange the tuna and oil from the can/jar onto a plate in a single layer.
- Spoon the chopped lemon over the plate.
- Sprinkle on the parlsey.
- Finish with PK blend.
- Yalla.
